Getting a Wheelchair Accessible room with good AC, modern bathroom, and a comfortable bed here was easy, with incredibly attentive and polite staff and a magnificent location.

The breakfast here was good with a nice selection, the customer service was decent, there's on-site parking, and the hotel looks modern and great; it's my top pick in the city.

Location close to several malls, all restaurants and Plaza Fontabella. Excellent staff, luxurious and good-sized room with king sized bed, 2 bathrooms and plush towels. Exceptionally good breakfast, variety of options available.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The pillows provided were simply magnificent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a heated outdoor pool on the 5th floor being a standout feature. The location of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular, with plenty of food and stores within a short walking distance, including Plaza Fontabella and Oakland mall. The breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, there was some inconvenience during check-in as we were initially given a room that was already occupied.
